The complementary health therapy coaching team

Our aim is to see every practitioner achieving their vision.

A team that combines an understanding of complementary health with business insight
James
I was born to coach, of that I have no doubt. It was in the year 2000 that I became aware of the profession of coaching, through the book Natural Born Winners by Robin Sieger, and that the profession was alive and flourishing here in the UK. Prior to that, I had built a successful career in the environmental sector, working first in consultancy and then managing a business on behalf of a leading waste company.
Celia
From the time that I employed my first team member in 1992, I have been driven by a passion to see others succeed. Although I have not always been in the coaching industry, the majority of my time has been spent supporting people to achieve organisational goals and their own personal goals.
Vicky
Prior to becoming a coach I invested 15 years working as an HR professional in large corporate companies; IBM, PepsiCo and Microsoft. I thoroughly enjoyed (for the most part) all of the thrills and spills that multinational blue chip companies involve. What I loved about my HR roles was driving and executing “people strategies” for the business and coaching senior leaders.
Ann
I began my career in Coaching in 2004 after many years in the corporate arena, working for blue-chip organisations such as Alliance & Leicester, Thorn EMI, HSBC, and most recently 15 years with American Express. During my time with American Express I specialised in new business development. I’m now putting that experience to good use supporting clients in setting up their new enterprises and developing existing businesses to full potential.
Hugh
I trained as a Coach and NLP Practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming) in 2005-2006 and have also spent 15 years working in the advertising, media and marketing communications industry in the UK, working with brands such as Warner Bros, Dulux, Hewlett Packard, The Dept. for Work and Pensions, learndirect and TV Licensing.
Marcelle
I worked for over twenty years in the public sector, managing strategic programmes to improve service delivery to local communities and businesses. I managed and developed effective teams and maximised the impact of budget delivery. Changing direction to set up my coaching business, allows me to use my commercial experience with my natural empathy and intuition skills to work with clients to support them to reach their potential.
Tracey
Having started my working career in the Export industry, I worked for 8 years progressing from Office Junior to Office Manager. I took time out at this point to have my son and then returned to education, taking an Access Course to Higher Education. From here, I studied physiotherapy for 2 years achieving a certificate in Higher Education.
