Our vision is to see every complementary health practitioner loving their work and achieving their vision.

From the time that I employed my first team member in 1992, I have been driven by a passion to see others succeed. Although I have not always been in the coaching industry, the majority of my time has been spent supporting people to achieve organisational goals and their own personal goals.

I have a business background. My husband and I had a business in South Africa which we started from scratch and built into a multi million rand business over a 12 year period. We did this with virtually no start up capital but a very strong will to succeed. I was involved in all aspects of the business from overall strategic planning to project management, accounts, after-sales service, staff development and marketing. When we sold the business I continued to run the business for 4 years within the corporate environment.

When we immigrated to the UK, becoming a business coach full time was the obvious career move for me. My coaching style is intuitive, practical and fun.  I am committed to supporting my clients in achieving the results they want and making sure that they have fun along the way – I am a great believer of ‘If it is not fun then you are not doing it right………’

Alongside coaching, I am involved with a Charity in South Africa called Steps, who support children born with club foot and other lower limb disorders.  I became involved in the charity when one of my closest friend’s child was born with club foot and instead of succumbing to the pressure to have the costly and low success-rate operations, she researched better solutions, travelled all the way to Iowa for her baby to be treated and then started the charity in South Africa so that less fortunate children could receive the same treatment her son received.  My passion to support her to realise her dream led to my involvement.

I am happily married and have 2 daughters.  I am a passionate cook and have a library of recipes books which are used often. I am a keen golfer – although I am Scottish by birth I am definitely a fair weather golfer!

The clinic was in the process of moving premises, this seemed like a mammoth task after 19 years in the same location . Celia helped me to see the wood for the trees and with her business coaching I was able to clearly identify my priorities and goals.

Having the confidence to know that she was there to listen and help me clarify my thoughts meant that we had a painless move with minimal disruption to patient care. Subsequently, I still have a monthly session and I have found this invaluable to help me achieve ongoing goals for the clinic.

It is difficult to quantify the benefit gained from these sessions suffice to say that the clinic is going from strength to strength and I attribute this to Celia’s sound business coaching. I would highly recommend her to anyone facing challenges in their clinic.
