I trained as a Coach and NLP Practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming) in 2005-2006 and have also spent 15 years working in the advertising, media and marketing communications industry in the UK, working with brands such as Warner Bros, Dulux, Hewlett Packard, The Dept. for Work and Pensions, learndirect and TV Licensing.
I passionately believe in the core coaching principles that as individuals we have all yet to fulfil our potential and that we have all the answers to our own challenges, or we at least know how to take the next step towards finding them. I now use all my experience to provide support and inspiration for individuals and organisations to achieve their ambitions. My style is objective, supportive, creative and challenging.
Originally from Yorkshire and a long suffering Leeds United fan, I now live in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire with my wife and two young sons.
