Our vision is to see every complementary health practitioner loving their work and achieving their vision.

Prior to becoming a coach I invested  15 years working as an HR professional in large corporate companies; IBM, PepsiCo and Microsoft. I thoroughly enjoyed (for the most part) all of the thrills and spills that multinational blue chip companies involve.  What I loved about my HR roles was driving and executing “people strategies” for the business and coaching senior leaders.

My passion was, and shall always remain, a simple desire to help people play to their strengths and realise their full potential, whilst driving business success. It’s this passion that I’ve now translated into working with businesses. Going from corporate life to coaching business owners may seem like a leap, but to me it’s taking many of the same concepts and translating them to a different environment.

Coaching allows me to do what I love, continue to learn and grow, and spend more time with my 2 children and supportive husband.

My coaching style is warm, empathetic and personable.  Along with this I love to challenge you and create an open, trusting collaboration relying on a mix of being practical and intuitive. I enjoy supporting people with transitions in their life, be they a new practice, growth in their practice or looking at other areas of their life.

May I congratulate you on providing such an excellent facility to the osteopathic world. I approached Painless Practice approximately 6 months ago with many issues on my mind having been recommended by a friend. I was primarily struggling with time management and couldn’t see the wood for the trees!

Having been in practice 23 years, I had reached a situation where I was failing miserably to keep a healthy balance between running a busy patient list and finding time for myself and the demands of a growing family.

You kindly recommended Vicky Millar who has been extremely helpful. She is very professional and has an uncanny knack of being able to help me untangle my ageing and rather addled mind! The last 6 months have undoubtedly been very productive, exciting and stimulating.

My understanding of practice/business management has improved dramatically and has taken a new direction. I also have a greater knowledge and acceptance of my strengths and weaknesses and have become much more effective in my use of time.

I think every practitioner, young or old would benefit from using Painless Practice. The techniques employed could be likened to cranial osteopathy-very subtle, but immensely powerful.

I look forward to staying in touch on a regular basis-it will definitely help to keep me sane!
