Following our in-house practice workshop with Painless Practice, both the level of staff interaction and the patient numbers have improved. The reception area now looks great and we also have a scheme for improvements which is working really well!

Everyone uses the wellbeing chart, which was copied and laminated.  One of the team in particular has his on the wall so that when he looks up it is facing him.  As a result, his client list has increased and he is booking forward better.

We are really pleased with the results of the course and the feedback from our team – thank you both for all your help and knowledge passed on! We want to make training an annual event in our practice!
