At Painless Practice we are passionate advocates of excellent customer service, we regularly train others on improving the patient journey, and hopefully we deliver the same for our clients (if we don’t, please tell us!). Awareness of the importance of looking after the people your business touches means we are hyper-sensitive when providers fall below expectations (see earlier references to Renault’s appalling warranty scheme). It is therefore a delight to reflect on someone more than surpassing expectations.
