This session will focus on, amongst other things, getting the phone to ring, providing information to potential patients, securing bookings and the physical environment – all from the viewpoint of the patient.
It will consider:
- Branding and Marketing strategies (Getting the phone to ring)
- Information for potential patients (Leaflets, websites etc)
- Answering the telephone/securing bookings
- Appointment reminders
- The physical environment – the exterior of the clinic, the reception, waiting room etc
- In-practice patient literature (Consent forms etc)
- Patient record management
