As usual I have gained a lot from today’s workshop. I am encouraged that I am moving in the right direction but also motivated to re-evaluate our plans, values and vision. I will be sitting down to have one-to-one meetings with our therapists and receptionists. James and Celia are excellent at stimulating discussion.
