Have you ever waited to meet someone at a major airport? The panoply of emotion as people wait nervously for their loved ones, and the joy (often accompanied by tears) when parents and children, old folks and grandchildren, or loving couples are reunited is moving to see. One can see the depth of connection laid bare.

Brought into focus the stuff that we all have to deal with being in practice, in a way that challenged my comfort zones and prompted some new thought into how to develop my practice. Really useful- something everyone should do.
