The BOA Patient Experience Part 2 London

This session will focus on the non-clinical aspects of managing the patient’s experience in a treatment room – to optimise their relationship with the practitioner, build patient loyalty, create a referral culture and drive practice growth. This course is open to non-BOA members too, and attendance at Part 1 is not required (but could be beneficial!).
