This session will focus on what to do after the treatment session has finished – handling payment and re-booking, goody-bags, the value of maintenance programmes, practice newsletters, ongoing communications, re-energising dormant patients and a host of other initiatives to build your relationship with patients. We welcome non-osteopaths at this event.
