This course is designed for practitioners setting up practice or those who have been in practice for years and are in need of a fresh perspective. At the end of the day, you will be in a position to plan the marketing for your practice, have loads of ideas of how to generate referrals from your patient base and have a basic understanding in business discipline to ensure your efforts bring financial reward. You will leave with a clear idea of what needs to change within each pillar of your practice.

This session will focus on the patient journey before they get to the treatment room and will consider:

  • Branding and Marketing strategies (Getting the phone to ring)
  • Information for potential patients (Leaflets, websites etc)
  • Answering the telephone/securing bookings
  • Appointment reminders
  • The physical environment – the exterior of the clinic, the reception, waiting room etc
  • In-practice patient literature (Consent forms etc)
  • Patient record management
