Challenging, inspiring and focussing…the words that sum up my experience of having attended all three workshops in the Patient Journey series with James and Celia of Painless Practice.  I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone wishing to expand their practice, or just refresh their current approach for the benefit of their patients, and their bank balance!

Attending the workshops has helped me to focus my thoughts, and decide what is important to me in my practice, and my own patient’s journey. The outcome was that I realised that I couldn’t achieve what I wanted in the practice where I rented a room. That gave me a choice: ‘put-up and shut-up’, or move on to make those changes elsewhere. So, I made the decision to branch out and set up my own multi-disciplinary practice – which I have now done – to enable me to move forward.

My perceptions have been challenged, and I have had to take a closer look at why I hold some of my business ideas – many of those have changed – some have been reinforced.

Without the inspiration of Painless Practice I don’t think I would have had the nerve to jump in at the deep end so boldly….but I am extremely glad that I have. The future looks exciting, my new practice looks great, and my patients are enthusiastic too!
