Take a day out of your practice and learn how to work better as a team to achieve your business objectives. Learn how to define key performance areas and indicators in line with your practice goals. Learn how to set and manage expectations; how to have motivational and effective 1-2-1’s, and how to have difficult conversations.
You’ll leave the workshop feeling confident about motivating and managing your team and you’ll have a plan in place to do so pro-actively.
